Each product has its own production and shipping timeframe, shown on the product page.

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by third-party carriers.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery, providing clear photos of the item and packaging.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery provided the item is:

• tried on only to assess fit and comfort

• free from scratches, dents, or other signs of wear

• returned in original packaging

Refunds or exchanges are processed after the item is received and inspected.

Return postage is not included unless the item is faulty.

Some products may have different return terms - check individual product pages.

Faulty or damaged items must be reported within 7 days of receipt. Once confirmed, we will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.

This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

This warranty covers:

• defects from manufacturing

• functional failures where the ring does not perform as intended under normal use

If a qualifying defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

• damage caused by accidents, impacts, abuse, misuse, or improper care

• loss or theft

• damage resulting from modifications, resizing attempts, or repairs performed by third parties
