Tip 1
What to feel
Usually, the joint is the widest part of the finger. The correct size should offer some resistance at the knuckle, but you should be able to slide it past with a few wiggles.
Tip 2
Wider rings feel tighter!
Ring sizers are typically narrower than actual rings. Because of this, a 6 mm wide ring can feel up to 1 size tighter. Measure your size with the gauge, then add 1 size.
Tip 3
Fingers Swell
In heat and cold, your finger will expand and contract. Consider this when measuring, and try to take your size multiple times over a few days.
